Reminder that 1st Half property taxes are due to be paid on or before September 30th and become delinquent on October 1st. You can pay online property taxes online through this link https://www.iowatreasurers.org/mapsearch.php

If you have purchased real estate in Iowa in the last couple of months and you are still waiting to receive the tax statement in the mail, there is a good chance that the records did not get updated in time and therefore you likely won't receive a tax statement in the mail. So you should contact the county treasurer directly or click the link above to pay your property taxes.
