Closed on another Built to Order this morning!

I first met this wonderful family at an open house last December. While they loved the home, they were hoping for a larger lot. We found the perfect spot in Kettlestone Ridge, where they were able to design and customize their dream home with all their personal touches. It turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier to welcome them to the Waukee community!
