📉 Market Update: We’re currently at 1.7 months of inventory, a drop from 2.8 months back in October 2025.

What does that mean? 🤔
Not much right now — it’s normal to see inventory tighten in the winter months. Fewer listings, fewer buyers. Nothing unusual!

📈 As we head into spring, we should start seeing inventory rise again — more homes hitting the market and more movement overall. Stay tuned!
