Hurricane Isaias: See the Damage From Above

NOAA has released high-resolution aerial imagery of areas impacted by Hurricane Isaias, which made landfall in the Florida Panhandle on October 9.

This is an excellent resource for property owners, condominium associations, contractors, and insurance professionals to assess storm impacts.

In large-loss insurance claims, aerial imagery can be valuable evidence when evaluating roof damage, building conditions, and the extent of destruction across a property.

A 15-year-old roof does not automatically trigger a statewide replacement requirement under Florida law.
