Pike & Lustig, LLP handles complex Business Litigation in State and Federal Courts. These matters include: Business Contract disputes, Shareholder disputes, Director and Officer Liability Litigation, Banking Litigation and Intellectual Property matters. Michael Pike has tried several State and Federal Court cases to jury verdict. He focuses on cases involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Real Estate Litigation, Bad Faith Insurance Litigation, Shareholder disputes, complex Commercial Litigation and trademark and copyright litigation. Lustig recently obtained a $2.5 million dollar jury verdict in Federal Court on behalf of their client, Strategic Marketing, whereby the jury returned a verdict of willful copyright infringement (Nov. 2016-Southern District of Florida)
Pike is a former Clerk of the United States Securities & Exchange Commission, and has worked with the State Attorney’s Office. He is Past President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and a past Board Member of the Florida Justice Association, and SOS Children’s Villages of Florida. Michael Pike received his Law Degree with Honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and his Bachelor’s from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications, both in Gainesville. He received numerous Accolades and Awards, including “Top Up and Comer Attorney” by the South Florida Legal Guide, “Up & Comers” by the South Florida Business Journal, “Florida Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine, and was named a “Rising Star” and “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine. Daniel Lustig has also tried several cases to jury verdict in State Court. He handles cases involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Insurance coverage disputes, Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property disputes. Before establishing Pike & Lustig, LLP, he was an Attorney with law firms in West Palm Beach, from 2010-13, and a special Prosecutor with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in 2009. Lustig also worked as a Law Clerk with the Law Offices of John B. Schulte, was Staff Counsel for Liberty Mutual in 2008, and clerked at Lott & Friedland LLP, in Coral Gables, assisting Partners in Intellectual Property matters. Daniel Lustig earned a Law Degree and Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center), in Concord, N.H., a Master of Laws Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University in Tallahassee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice, from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
