Our group started in 1988 with a focus on residential sales/leases in the Intracoastal corridor of West Palm Beach & Lake Worth Beach. Our aim is to be a proficient ‘one-stop-shop’ with all real estate needs in our backyard covered. Though our residential advertising overshadows our commercial real estate efforts, that ends today.

We want to remind the community we serve of our commercial real estate services. Jeremy leads our commercial efforts with a focus landlord & tenant representation of retail/office/medical assets as well as the acquisition & disposition of multifamily/ALF/group home/retail/land assets. Understanding numbers, proper site/building selection, and term advisory is important for any business that will long affect the day-to-day operations of a business by way of traffic, cash flows, and exposure.
