Sellars, Marion, Bachi, Contri & Kantor, P.A. recently celebrated an exciting new chapter with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at our new office, located at 4450 Tiffany Drive South in West Palm Beach.

We were grateful for the incredible turnout, which brought together so many people who have helped shape the firm’s history, as well as those who will be part of its future. Former partner John Marion joined firm shareholders Scott Kantor and Dina Contri in offering remarks reflecting on the firm’s history, growth, and continued commitment to its clients and community.

We are proud of how far SMBCK has come and look forward to building upon that legacy from our new home.

Congratulations to Co-Managing Partners Dina Contri and Scott Kantor, on securing a complete defense verdict on behalf of our client in a highly contested wrongful death negligent security case.

The case arose from a tragic shooting that occurred inside a nightclub operating on our client’s premises. After trial, the jury returned a defense verdict, finding in favor of our client.

Yesterday was Bring Your Child to Work Day, and our future lawyers had a full docket thanks to the amazing Ms. Caitlin. From “case management” to “discovery” (and a little popcorn break), the kids got a fun, hands-on look at what we do every day. Safe to say the next generation is already making a strong case for themselves—more photos to come!
