🏠 Do you know your rights under Title VIII?

Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968—better known as the Fair Housing Act was enacted on April 11, 1968. It protects individuals from housing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, s*x, familial status, and disability.

Whether you are renting, purchasing a home, applying for a mortgage, or participating in another housing-related activity, you deserve equal access and fair treatment.

Fair housing is not a privilege it is your right.

🏡 Protecting your home goes beyond fair housing it also means planning for the future.

Our Managing Attorney, Tequisha Myles, recently spoke with WPTV about the importance of estate planning and probate assistance for homeowners. Without the proper legal documents in place, families can face unnecessary legal challenges that put their homes and generational wealth at risk.

Watch the interview to learn how planning ahead can help protect one of your greatest investments.

🎥 Thank you, WPTV, for helping spread awareness about this valuable community resource.
