Words will never be enough to express how much Judge Barry Cohen influenced both Chris and I in the most positive of ways as young attorneys. Throughout his career, he was a gift as a compassionate teacher who taught us by example the true meaning of integrity. Holding his loved ones and dear friends close as we will all have to endure missing him so very much.

Eisenberg & Fouts, P.A. is pleased to congratulate Christopher R. Jette, Esq., as he began a new endeavor with Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero P.A. as of March 1, 2024. While Chris and his paralegal, Stephanie Shea, will be missed after a five-year tenure with us, we could not be more thrilled for them as they begin this new chapter. Chris joins Nason Yeager, as a Shareholder, and will continue to practice in all areas of Marital and Family Law as he has done for over twenty-five years. Eisenberg & Fouts, P.A. no longer has a Marital and Family Law division, but we happily and confidently refer all Marital and Family Law cases to Chris at Nason Yeager as our admiration and respect for him is unparalleled. Eisenberg & Fouts, P.A. will continue to practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, and also Marchman Act proceedings.

Christopher Jette, a partner at Nason Yeager, brings a wealth of experience to his role as a member of the marital and family law group.
