NOT GUILTY ON ALL 4 COUNTS. ⚖️🔥

Attorney Bryan Savy secured a complete acquittal for his client, who was facing four serious felony charges:

⚖️ Trafficking in Oxycodone — carrying a 15-year minimum mandatory prison sentence
⚖️ Possession of Co***ne
⚖️ Fleeing or Eluding
⚖️ Neglect of a Child

After hearing the evidence, the jury returned NOT GUILTY verdicts on every single count.

Four charges. Four not guilty verdicts.

After a six-hour jury deliberation that concluded at 11pm last night, our team received a significant verdict on behalf of our client.

The jury returned Not Guilty verdicts on the following charges:

• Trafficking in Fentanyl (a charge carrying a 15-year minimum mandatory sentence and up to 30 years)
• Possession of Co***ne
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The evidence did not support that these items belonged to our client, and after careful consideration, the jury agreed.

Our client was convicted only of a misdemeanor DUI and was sentenced to credit time served and probation.

We are grateful for the jury’s time and attention, and we are proud of the advocacy and preparation that went into presenting this case. Ensuring that the State meets its burden of proof is a cornerstone of our justice system, and yesterday, that standard was upheld.
