🎉 Exciting News! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that our law firm is moving to a new location at 306 S Jefferson Ave. in West Jefferson. You may know it as Dr. Ryan’s office! Join us on this journey as we renovate our new building, with an expected move-in date around June 1.

A special thank you to Lori Aycock Eastridge, Chris Barr, and Jeff Dollar for making this happen. Lori has been my go-to commercial property guru for years and has never blinked twice at my crazy ideas.

Stay tuned for updates as we transition to our new home. I truly believe that this is where we are meant to be!

Annual reports for NC LLCs are due on April 15th of each year. Should you require assistance with your annual report, we would be pleased to provide support. Additionally, we offer annual LLC upkeep and can serve as your registered agent.

I love these smiles from the brand new owners of a home in Sparta, NC. I met these folks a few weeks ago when we drove over 300 miles in 3 days and looked at a dozen houses. When we visited their new house, we all knew it was the one as soon as we walked in. We put in an offer and were asked if we could close in 25 DAYS! 😲 They immediately called their lender and I called the attorney. We can do this!!! 😁 We put it under contract and went to work the next day on our due diligence. It was a fast and furious 3 and half weeks. But it’s all worth it to say congratulations to them on closing day.
