Notice of Judicial Sale
A judicial sale of the following described property will take place on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the courthouse door located in Jefferson, North Carolina.
28+ acres and lots (2 Tracts; sold separately) of mountain property located off Buffalo Road, Ashe County, North Carolina. Located on Tract One is a 1782 sq. ft., 3-bedroom home with 2 full baths, basement, two outbuildings, one with a wood fueled heating system, a pond and small stream. Consult maps for a more complete idea of the lay of the land and buildings as included in photos. Tract Two consists of vacant land (lots) off of Frank Dillard Road and located in Wild Acres Subdivision, West Jefferson Township.
This property is being sold on behalf of Thomas D. Milam, Guardian of the Estate of Peggy Milam Wyatt, Incompetent, pursuant to an Order of Sale and is being conducted by Commissioner Benjamin G. Hurley, Jr..
