Do you remember before COVID, when every other news story was about people LEAVING CT? To go anywhere else. And our property values just sort of bumped along. Never dropping off a cliff, never really growing more than 1-2%.
My how things change. Metro Hartford has been THE growth spot for at least 2 years. Why?? Because people realized there is tremendous value here. Great school systems. Great medical resources. Trees. Water. Mountains. And value in our properties.
Given my various experiences and background, I understand what’s going on in the market on a variety of different levels. Our team focuses on getting people into the homes they want and need for their families (aka WINNING). If I haven’t talked to you in a while, and you’d like to talk about the market DM or call me.
