Coordinated fake 1-star reviews are a major issue. Do not panic, instead, flag the review, document evidence, and use Google's official Review Removal Tool. Several warning signs indicate a review might not be genuine:
Review Bombing: Receiving a sudden spike of multiple 1-star reviews in a single day.
No Details: The review is vague, contains no text, or lacks details about the specific service or product.
Blank Profiles: The reviewer has no profile picture and has reviewed dozens of random, unrelated businesses worldwide in a short time.
