Today is National Dog Day, and I’m celebrating my little pack! 🐾

You know about my three rescue pups, each with their own wonderful, and sometimes very sassy, personalities. They may keep me on my toes, but they are truly great pups and make my house feel like home. ❤️🏡 We have a recent addition, Sophie! She was my client’s dog, and when her family needed to rehome her, we welcomed her into our home. She is the sweetest!

Every dog deserves love, patience, and a place to feel safe. Happy National Dog Day from our pack to yours!

• Median Sold Price: $595,000 (up 5.1% from June)
• New Pendings: 517 (down 21.1%)
• Days on Market: 18 days (5.9% above the 5-year avg)
• Avg Sold to OLP: 101.7%
👉 Indicates this is still a competitive market, though slightly less aggressive than the five-year average.

📍 Delaware County
• Median Sold Price: $397,000 (down 5.5% from June)
• New Pendings: 479 (down 18.3%)
• Days on Market: 19 days (18.8% above the 5-year avg)
• Avg Sold to OLP: 99.9%
👉 Points to a more balanced market, with buyers gaining a bit more negotiating room.
