Survivors of sexual violence deserve access to compassionate support when they need it most.
We’re encouraged to see Pennsylvania make a historic investment in r**e crisis services, nearly doubling state funding for r**e crisis centers across the Commonwealth. These centers provide essential services—including 24/7 crisis hotlines, counseling, legal and medical advocacy, and prevention education to help survivors navigate incredibly difficult circumstances.
At Janoski Law, we’re especially proud that our own Maria Janoski serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect (PCAR), an organization that works tirelessly to support survivors, strengthen victim services, and promote prevention throughout Pennsylvania.
Justice extends beyond the courtroom. It also means ensuring survivors have access to the resources, advocacy, and support they need to heal.
