Her Real Estate background began almost 20 years ago and includes Investment Analysis in Real Estate Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing and Investor Relations. While studying Real Estate Development & Finance at USC, she took an interest in the changing communities and neighborhoods in her hometown, Los Angeles, CA. Geraldine’s skills, creativity and passion in the Real Estate Industry led to her success. Together with her team, they are winners of the “Best Development Proposal” for 2014. She was recognized for her ability the propose the best use of a 200,000 sq. vacant land lot and turn it into a Mix-Use Development in Los Angeles, CA. She brings that same vision to the North Tampa Region with Residential Home Sales and improving her community, The Connected City. Known as the local , she’s been recognized as Tampa Bay Builder’s Association’s Best Social Media Campaign Associate for 2020. In the middle of a pandemic she quickly innovated from REALTOR to Virtual REALTOR. In her free time she enjoys reading, working out, laying out by the water, learning about new home décor trends and spending time with her family.
