The Martin Team - Remax Prestige Realty *TOP 1% REALTOR* Brian Martin of The Martin Team - Remax Prestige Realty - As Heard on 107.9 & 103.1 FM I later, with a partner became co owner of the company.

Major strengths include excellent prospecting skills, professionalism, internal communications and proficient computer skills. Strong knowledge of laws and legal codes concerning real estate business, extremely punctual and a master organizer. Deeply motivated and versatile with experience in graphic design, advertising as well as residential and commercial building. I was a graphic designer right out of college and worked for an advertising agency designing for Delta Airlines. After the attacks of 9/11 we lost our business with Delta Airlines and the company went under. I decided to make a career change and worked as a construction supervisor for Stonehill Construction in MA. We built spec houses and rehabilitated properties both residential and commercial. In 2006 the housing market decline caused us to shut down the company and I moved from Massachussetts to Florida. I studied for and received my real esate license and had found my passion as a realtor. The son of a retired builder, I feel very much at home dealing with properties of any kind. I beleive that my experience in advertising, construction and broad based computer skills make me the ideal realtor for todays market! In the past 5 years as a realtor I have worked with multiple REO agents, done hundreds of brokers pricing opinions for banks, handled the closing of dozens of short sales, listed and put my clients in rentals of all kinds, sold commercial properties, vacant lots, condos, townhouses, and single family homes. I have build a team of professionals that make us powerful and efficient! Contact us today for any of your real estate questions or needs!

A little throwback from six years ago!

I had a great time filming these real estate segments for the CW. I’m not sure how many people were actually watching early on Sunday mornings 😂, but it was a great experience and gave me the opportunity to meet and work with some incredible people along the way.

Now, with 20 years in real estate and more than 500 homes sold, I’m incredibly grateful for all the experiences this business has given me—and especially for the clients who have trusted me over the years.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Palm Beach County, I’d love the opportunity to put those 20 years of experience to work for you.

🏡 SUCCESSFUL CLOSING! 🏡

Simultaneous closings are always different and can be extremely complicated. This one was definitely one of the most challenging of my career, but we were able to successfully get everything completed on the scheduled closing date with all parties happy with the outcome! 🔑🏠

After 18 years in real estate, deals like this are a reminder that experience matters—especially when a transaction gets complicated.

If you have any real estate-related questions or needs in any state, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help or point you in the right direction.
