📢 Wellington’s SHIP Emergency/Disaster Grant Opportunities 🌪
Starting Friday, November 1st, Wellington will launch applications for the SHIP Emergency/Disaster Repair Program! This program offers $15,000 in grant assistance for income-eligible homeowners in need of emergency or disaster-related home repairs. Applications will be open through the online Neighborly portal until Monday, November 11th, at 5 PM.
🏠 Eligibility & Priority
Applications are processed on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
Priority will be given to residents in tornado-affected areas who sustained damage, pending available funding.
💰 Grant Details
Amount: Up to $15,000 paid directly to the contractor for eligible repairs.
Exclusions: The program does not cover fencing, landscaping, screens, screen enclosures, or items already claimed on your insurance.
