If you currently work for Trinity Health System - or worked there in the past few years - you may soon be receiving a court-approved notice regarding a pending overtime wage lawsuit. This lawsuit concerns missed/interrupted meal breaks and the failure to include certain bonus payments into overtime calculations.

Many people are surprised to learn that FLSA collective actions work differently than most class actions. Employees are not automatically included and must decide for themselves whether to participate.
