And that’s a wrap on this video series… and with perfect timing, this beautiful mountain retreat is now under contract! 🎉

One of my favorite parts of marketing this home wasn’t talking about the granite countertops, the screened porch, or the fact that you could have closed in the morning and been completely moved in by noon. It was imagining the life this home would make possible.

Ever wonder what the mountains would say if they could talk?

But seriously… this is the kind of place where the quiet is part of the luxury. Wide-open mountain views, fresh air, and enough space to simply pause and take it all in.
