I am a solo practitioner specializing in criminal defense and other litigation oriented matters. I often work with other practitioners and/or firms in a diverse variety of matters in addition to criminal defense including but not limited to personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrmination and other litigation matters. I also specialize in drafting reviewing and negotating contracts, specialzing in technology related contracts and services. In addition, I work on patent and technology licensing and work closely with a team of patent lawyers and specialists on valuing and monetizing patents, particulary high tech patents.
