Last week, our Radian volunteers showed up alongside Rebuilding Together Philadelphia for June’s Block Build Day, working across the Fairhill neighborhood to help repair homes and strengthen the community. June is National Homeownership Month, and the work RTP does is a powerful reminder of what home means—and the role we can all play in supporting it. 🏘️

We are proud to support a mission that, since 1988, has repaired more than 2,500 homes in the Philadelphia community, reaching that milestone during Day 1 of the RTP summer Block Build—and even prouder of our volunteers for showing up and making a difference: Christopher Fowler, Carlton Scarlett, Robert Miller, Abhi Dutta, Dominic Tarquinio and Melissa Lippin. 👏

A new chapter for Radian. A legacy worth celebrating.

Today, we announced that Rick Thornberry, our Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Board of his intent to retire in December 2026, following nearly a decade of leadership that fundamentally transformed Radian.

Under Rick's leadership since 2017:

- Book value per share more than tripled on a total return basis
- A 13.4% compounded annual growth rate delivered for stockholders
- The $1.7B acquisition of Inigo closed, marking our entry into the global specialty insurance market
- Radian evolved from a strong domestic franchise into a diversified, global company

Rick's vision, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit set the foundation for everything that comes next.

Welcoming Mike Weinbach as CEO-Elect, effective June 1, 2026.
Mike is a seasoned executive whose 30-year career has been defined by leading large, complex businesses through growth and transformation at the intersection of financial services, data, and technology — from JPMorgan Chase to Wells Fargo to Mr. Cooper Group. He brings the experience, discipline, and people-first approach to build on the exceptional foundation Rick has created.

Mike will officially assume the role of CEO and join the Board on August 13, 2026.

Radian is well-positioned for what comes next and we couldn't be more excited about the road ahead.
