Land use matters are fact-intensive and often politically difficult. We were pleased to assist a client with the successful re-zoning of a parcel for commercial development. Our client’s team was professional and prepared which was instrumental to their success.

We recently got an alleged Customs and Border Protection violation dropped with a mitigated fine for a pilot who used a third party app for pre-clearance on an international flight. The third party app failed to send the notification properly. We advocated for dismissal based on the facts of the case and the pilot’s perfect record of compliance. This saved the pilot thousands of dollars and restored his over-flight privileges for international flights.

Disaster counties starting to be named by Whitehouse.

FEMA announced that federal disaster assistance is available to the state of Georgia to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by Hurricane Helene from Sept. 24, 2024 and continuing.
