This was one of our most popular posts last year, and with school back in session, it’s a reminder worth sharing again.
More than half of U.S. teens use Snapchat. Nearly half use it every day, and 12% say they’re on it almost constantly, according to Pew Research Center.
That’s a lot of Snaps, messages, pictures and group chats.
Snapchat may feel temporary, but screenshots aren’t.
📲 Screenshots can be saved.
👥 Group chats aren’t always private.
📸 Pictures can be shared long after they “disappear.”
Parents, talk to your kids about what they’re sending and sharing. Teens, think before you hit send!
If you wouldn’t want it shown in court, DO NOT SEND IT!
One message or picture shouldn’t jeopardize your future.
