Closing this one today. This home went through the transitioning market and required a special buyer that valued the shop as well as the house. We found that buyer and their lender pulled off one of the most difficult loans I have seen in a while. Bank Statement loan on Self Employed buyer with credit scores not contributing and double appraisal required. Big thanks to my clients for taking the ride with me and trusting me through the process.
