This near east side gem checked so many boxes — quiet streets, tons of character, and thanks to some incredibly good timing right before closing, they’ll be moving in with a brand new roof on both the house and garage along with several other important repairs and updates already completed.

23 years in real estate… and yesterday the weather made sure it was memorable 🌩️

I spent my anniversary out on the farm getting hammered by a full-on hail storm—only to look up minutes later and see a rainbow stretching all the way across the sky. 🌈

Honestly, it felt fitting.
