Terrence LaFaive v. Waukesha County District Attorney's Office Which left LaFaive no choice but to become a whistle-blower

The focus of this page is to place the public defender" attorney/client relationship" centerstage, shed light about the extent a prosecutor will go to secure a guilty plea, and cover-up malice.

People v. Waukesha County District Attorney's Office

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ To all the people currently enrolled in my group.. I want to remind you that all of these allegations have been pled with specificity and under the penalty of perjury in Wisconsin State and Federal Courts. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

I know there is a lot of "Fake News" going around. We live in a day and age where you don't know what to believe, because of artifical intelligence and corrupt Government Officials with hidden agendas.. (of course it's an election year!) ๐Ÿ˜  ๐Ÿ˜ก

But i so solemly swear, -to all of you- that would never intentionally push a false narrative.

Thank you for your support!

Judge Aprahamian agreed that there was no possible way that I could have found the Prosecutors addresses, but basically ordered that I should have 'payed to play'*.๐Ÿค”

I told him that he abused his discretion and he replied "what discretion? I have no jurisdiction"

However! if I refile, I can supposedly "email" opposing counsel the summons and that will count as service....

๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ทWho knew the search for the truth would require throwing Equal protection & Judicial economy out the window!๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

*I learned that apparently you can't serve a prosecutor a summons by using -the cost efficient route- hand delivery and dropping it off at the prosecutors place of employment ( The District Attorneys Office). ๐Ÿ˜‘

HUGE case coming up on May 23rd, 10:00am In the Waukesha County Circuit Court!

A Wisconsin Resident served the Prosecuting Attorneys a summons - regarding Evidence being held at the Wisconsin State Crime Lab - by asking the District Attorneys secretary if she would accept service on the prosecutors behalf. The secretary stated that she was legally allowed to do according to Wisconsin Statute.

About a week or so later, the State filed a motion to dismiss due to "lack of proper service of process".

The State argues that the District Attorneys Office - the prosecutors place of employment - is not their "usual place of abode". Moreover, that "sometimes" the phrase is synonymous with "domicile or residence"

All in all, instead of being transparent, and holding the Office accountable by simply responding about the crime lab, the tax payers hard earned dollar is going filing frivolous motions arguing semantics.

Apparently, the Wisconsin resident should have 'just went to the prosecutors front door step' and knocked on their doors.

Justice must satisfy the appearance of justice, and here, its clear the opposite is true.

Wish me luck!

Wisconsin Public Records Law embodies the principle that all persons are entitled to the greatest possible information regarding government affairs and the official acts of government officers.

HOWEVER,

The Wisconsin Supreme Court held that โ€œthe common law provides an exception [to the general rule of open access to public records] which protects the district attorneyโ€™s files from being open to public inspection.โ€

โ€œdocuments integral to the criminal investigation and prosecution process are protectedโ€ from public inspection under the open records law.

How does this include communications involving a requesters OWN attorney? Moreover, how can the public serve as an effective check on the system without being able to compare documents that have been publicly filed -with what actually transpired at a public hearing- if communications regarding documents are unavailable to be viewed?

Please follow and share the group People v. Waukesha County District Attorney's Office to shed light regarding the lack of transparency currently surrounding Wisconsin Public Records Law.

Hello ladies and gentleman! . I have a civil matter currently alleging an OFFICIAL COVER-UP. If I could get a moment of your time to review the documents enclosed, I would greatly appreciate it.

It appears that the Waukesha County District Attorney's office is withholding "text messages" between an employed prosecutor a public defender that suggest COLLUSION.

This could easily be inferred by the presiding judge,- Jennifer Dorow- who happens to be the Waukesha Christmas Parade judge admission that it was all a "tactical move " using zoom technology and a fabricated plea waiver.

AS A PRE-REQUISITE, THE JUDGE SAID THAT IN ORDER FOR HER TO CONSIDER MY TRIAL DATE, I WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE MY SPEEDY TRIAL RIGHT.

Subsequently, She Stated on August 27th, 2020 that removing my 90-day Speedy Trial right - A constitutional right that is guaranteed by the Wisconsin & United States Constitution-was a "TACTICAL MOVE" during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

WHEN I ENDED UP ASKING MY ATTORNEY FOR THE TEXT MESSAGES, HE STARTED CRYING AND EVENTUALLY WITHDREW FROM MY CASE!

About 95% of Criminal cases end up in a plea deal.
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy acknowledged this reality in 2012, writing for the majority in Missouri v. Frye, a case that helped establish the right to competent counsel for defendants who are offered a plea bargain. Quoting a law-review article, Kennedy wrote,
โ€œ โ€˜Horse trading [between prosecutor and defense counsel] determines who goes to jail and for how long. That is what plea bargaining is. It is not some adjunct to the criminal justice system; it is the criminal justice system.โ€™

We've all heard what ended up happening to State-Actors Derek Chauvin, and Kim Potter. Police brutality or deplorable prison conditions are are definitely an issue America has to address.
But the CRUX of the issue here is placing:
THE PUBLIC DEFENDER- ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CENTERSTAGE AND ENDING CORRUPTION IN DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICES' AROUND AMERICA .

Evidence of official cover-up would be a very potent reason to disclose public records. Hempel v. City of Baraboo, 2003 WI App 254, 268 Wis. 2d 534, 674 N.W.2d 38.

THE WISCONSIN COURT OF APPEALS FAILED TO HOLD THE WISCONSIN PROSECUTOR ACCOUNTABLE, DESPITE CONFLICTING TESTIMONY ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF THE MESSAGES
