Collaboration Integrates Tax, Trust and Estate Planning with Insurance, Investment and Mortgage Services
October 2, 2026 — Houston, Texas
Global Family Office Centers Inc. (GFOC), led by Founder & CEO, Nathaniel “Nate” Causley Jr., announces a strategic partnership with The Rochas Firm, led by Founders & CEOs, Igor Rocha and Georgina Rocha.
The partnership will expand coordinated access to insurance, investments, mortgages, financial, tax, trust and estate-planning resources for clients and affiliated professionals for both organizations.
GFOC will provide Tax, Trust and Estate Planning services, through it's national, weekly published Tax & Trust Planning newsletter (https://globaltaxcenters.net) to eligible insurance, investment and mortgage professionals affiliated with The Rochas Firm and their clients. In return, The Rochas Firm will provide Insurance, Investment and Mortgage services to eligible GFOC tax, trust and estate-planning clients, subject to applicable licensing, regulatory, suitability and compliance requirements.
Formation of Global Financial Centers
GFOC plans to establish Global Financial Centers (GFC) as a subsidiary. GFC is intended to contract with The Rochas Firm to expand access to insurance, investment and mortgage services across GFOC’s network of families, clients, professionals and business associates.
The subsidiary will complement GFOC’s existing platform and support coordinated relationships across tax planning, trust and estate planning, insurance, investments and mortgage services.
Expanding Professional Licensing
As part of the partnership’s implementation, Nate Causley Jr. intends to pursue the registrations, licenses and qualifications required for applicable insurance, securities and mortgage-related activities, subject to regulatory authorities and affiliated-firm requirements.
These credentials are intended to strengthen the collaboration while ensuring both organizations operate within applicable professional and regulatory frameworks.
