With kids out of school for a few weeks now, the newness of summer free-time has probably worn off. As someone who has often worked from home for nearly a decade I know what its like to have kids at home for the summer and deal with issues they have and also get work done efficiently. What do you do to "hear" people who don't believe the same things you believe? Food for thought: if you surround yourself with people (and information sources) who think like you, you will never grow. You only learn and grow if you open yourself up to listening to points of view with which you disagree.
