Looking for a moderately experienced handy person/general contractor for servicing apartment units across Jefferson County.
Job Duties:
general landscaping, maintenance and repairs
assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Must be able to travel.
