A complex premises-liability case. A pre-suit refusal to pay. And ultimately, a tender of the full policy limits. 🏆

After taking over the case during litigation, Attorney Mike Albaugh worked diligently to develop the evidence, confront the disputed issues, and position the case for resolution. 💪
