Apparently the Hooligan Hub is becoming the place where title girls show up bearing CARBS. 😂🍞💜

Amy Washington, Holly Gordon & Amber Brophy from Alyeska Title escaped the office today and came to hang out with me …and they even brought a loaf of fresh bread. THAT is how you make an entrance. 🙌

We sat around, laughed, talked about all kinds of fun stuff… and somewhere in there we actually managed to talk a little business too. 😂 We’re already plotting some winter classes at the Hub for our newer Hooligans, and I’m seriously excited about the collaboration.

Of course, nobody gets out of here empty-handed either. Amber needed a replacement hoodie since hers was apparently commandeered by her kid, Amy somehow NEVER got one 🤨, and Holly obviously needed a fresh Hooligan sticker for the snowboard. Priorities. 😂

And naturally… nobody visits the Hub without a Hooligan Mirror selfie. 📸😈

Thanks for getting out of your office, coming to see me, bringing presents and spending part of your day at the Hub. 💜

More of THIS in our industry—good people, good relationships, collaboration, education… and preferably fresh bread. 😂🍞

THIS is a first-time homebuyer story we LOVE. ❤️🏡

Misty AK Realty 's buyer found her the best way possible ~ she saw Misty being recommended by other people in **Mat-Su Who To Use** and reached out to her on Facebook. 🙌

And this girl was a BADASS.

She worked her ass off, saved her money and put herself in a position to buy her very first home. No drama. No hand-holding required. Just a motivated buyer who had done the work and was READY. 👏

The transaction itself required a little more patience… lots of waiting on responses from the other side.

According to Misty, “It taught me some patience, which we all know I don't have.” 😂

But they actually managed to close a little EARLY ~ and this badass first-time buyer is officially a HOMEOWNER! 🔑🏡

Congratulations to Misty's buyer! And a huge thank you to everyone in our community who recommends our Hooligans when someone asks who to use. Those recommendations matter more than you know. 💜

THIS ONE ACTUALLY CLOSED. 😂🙌

And if you knew the whole story behind this file, you'd understand why I'm saying it like that.

My sellers live in Oregon and hired me to sell their little piece of Alaska — a Friesen's custom cabin sitting on 10 beautiful acres in Nenana. This one came to me through a referral from Amanda Salmon with Alaska Asset Solutions, and I'm incredibly grateful she trusted me with her clients. ❤️

As for the transaction itself…

Holy. S**t. 😂

This deal went sideways, backwards, nearly upside down and at one point I had an actual TERMINATION in my hands.

Dead deal.

Except apparently my seller didn't get that memo. 😂 She found the buyer on Facebook, reached out herself, and somehow PUT THE DAMN DEAL BACK TOGETHER.

You cannot make this stuff up.

There were plenty more twists and turns after that, but somehow we dragged this one across the finish line.
