WASILLA, ALASKA – REMOTE/HYBRID-REMOTE
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are looking for you to join our team! We are looking for an attorney with at least one year of experience practicing law in the state of Alaska.

Attorney must be fully barred in the state of Alaska. Compensation will be on a modified “eat what you kill” basis, where associate will receive a minimal base salary and then $100 to $200 per hour for every billable hour worked. The sky is the limit for a hard worker able to work independently!

All associate attorneys are expected to come ready to fully manage his/her own caseloads. Associates are expected to already know how to perform legal research, utilize support staff when needed, and use gmail, Microsoft products, and Clio.

We will supply the clients, and you will work the cases with the help of our amazing support staff! Although our senior attorneys and managers are here to offer help and guidance, this is not an entry level position and is not suitable for a brand-new attorney looking to be taught the ropes for the first time.

This is a fully remote position. Successful applicants will be expected to work fully from their own home office. Home office supplies and set up materials can be negotiated, as can the price of any daily operating costs of your home office. Although this position is fully remote, attorneys will be expected to attend court hearings in person as needed and may use office space to coordinate any in person meeting requests with clients. Therefore, attorneys must only take on cases if he/she is able to attend all requisite hearings in person.
Our practice generally focuses on criminal law and domestic relations law, although we get intakes every day for matters outside of those areas. If all of this sounds interesting to you, please email your resume and a short note explaining your interest in the position to [email protected]
