LAUGHTER THROUGH THE TOUGH TIMES
✨ Your circumstances may be difficult, but they do not have to steal your joy. ✨
In this week's Wisdom Wednesday, Phyllis Outlaw shares a moving encounter with a woman who was visually impaired and incapacitated requiring the use of a wheelchair. Despite the challenges she faced, this woman’s smile lit up the room. Phyllis discovered that the source of this woman's joy was her relationship with God. Her faith gave her something to hold on to through the challenges of life and allowed her to approach her journey with a joyful Spirit.
Her experience reminds us that we can easily allow our own challenges to take away our joy. When trials and tribulations come our way, our relationship with God can give us strength, hope, and joy. Sometimes, that joy can make the journey just a little bit lighter.
