Phil is an avid sports fan, and especially enjoys attending Nationals and Orioles games. He is very knowledgeable about many genres of music and enjoys attending concerts in both Baltimore and DC. Our Story

My name is Phil Leverrier and I am a DC area local. I grew up in Bethesda, MD surrounded by the daily workings of the real estate industry. My father, Rick Leverrier is a fellow TTR Sotheby's International Realty agent who has been working in real estate for over 30 years. We work together on many of our transactions.

I graduated with honors from St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C. and chose Loyola University Maryland to study for my business degree. During my time on campus I was the general manager of the college radio station, WLOY. I studied abroad in Auckland, New Zealand, and have loved traveling the world ever since. I graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing which prepared me for marketing and customer service positions with Icelandair, Citi Smith Barney, and Morgan Stanley before I joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

I love talking about all types of music, from alt-country to metal. I’ll happily look at your fantasy sports team and see if I can help you improve. I recently moved from Old Town, Alexandria to National Harbor and I am a licensed Realtor® in DC, MD, and VA.
