Now, Faith works. But Faith without Work is dead from the door. So… I wish for you to work on what you want so that it will find its way to you.

You will be amazed at how hard those little mustards work when nobody is watching. And how bountiful their harvest will be. Amen again.

What an amazing TCU winning weekend. From spending time with Dr. James Cash and, as she is known to us, Dr. Opal Lee to a quick road trip with two of my favorite people to Austin to watch some Horned Frog Football, epic seems an understatement. It has remained a reminder to me that pockets of joy may be bigger than you expect them to be if you remain open to possibility! God bless and Go Frogs!

Happy to support a worthy cause. Young black boys should see all the world’s possibilities. That should include a career in gymnastics if they wish it too. Keep going James. And thanks to my friend Benjamin Watson helping with this project!

I created a findraiser this evening that reached its goal almost instantly. Thanks to all of our gym’s supporters who continue to support our team. As always a huge thanks to and the movement for always keeping us in mind. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, our very first athlete will attend Future Stars in Sarasota Florida next month!

We mourn those lives lost and their loved ones. We should also mourn those who lost their innocence that day. The world became more unsafe in ways that it should not have. We have been fighting the battles of that war ever since. And I don’t see an end in sight. 9/11
