Federal trademark registration APPEARS to be a super simple and easy process. But it's not really that straight forward. There are all these tiny parts that makes the process confusing if you don't have a strong command of trademark law. That's why I take the time to educate my clients every step of the way.
When I decided to make a career transition from social work to law, it was because I wanted to make the law more accessible. I do that through education.
