The data doesn’t lie. But it doesn’t explain itself either. We’ve worked matters with ninety billion records, seventeen custodians, and four cloud platforms. Processed correctly. Still unexplained, until the right questions were asked.

The gap between data and understanding is where iDS operates. We don’t just move evidence. We interpret it. Ready for clarity from complexity? Let’s talk: idsinc.com.

Never has. Every case, every investigation, and every boardroom decision built on digital evidence needs someone who can translate what it actually means.

Not process it. Not produce it. Translate it. And that's us.

Anyone can have an opinion. Not everyone can defend one.

Testifying isn’t only about what you know. It’s about how clearly you can explain it under scrutiny by people trained to take it apart. Knowledge matters. So do judgment, composure, and precision.

iDS experts are built for that room. Technically credible and cross-examination ready.
The stand is not the place to discover your expert wasn’t prepared. Would it help to work with someone ready from the start?

05/19/2026

The best expert in the room can still lose a case. Not because they were wrong, but because they were working alone. At iDS, you don’t hire one expert. You get a coordinated bench. Forensics, structured data, AI evidence, and damages. All pulling in the same direction.

The evidence doesn’t care about silos. Neither do we. Learn more at idsinc.com.

A client once asked us to recover deleted files. We asked what they were trying to prove. That question changed the case. It usually does.

iDS doesn’t just execute. We ask the question beneath the question. That’s the consultative difference.

What question is your case still waiting for? Tell us at idsinc.com.

Most employment lawyers never see it coming. A client wipes a device. Backs up a laptop. Moves files the night before hold. And just like that, the case shifts.

Timothy LaTulippe of iDS and Raoul Parekh of Littler are at ELA 2026 to show you exactly what happens in those moments. What gets found. What gets missed. What you should be telling clients right now.
Come for the war stories. Leave with the checklist.

AI is everywhere, and so is the risk of being misled by videos, images, and audio that aren’t what they appear to be.

That’s where we come in.

iDS turns complex, questionable digital content into clear, trustworthy insight. We validate, interpret, and defend evidence so your strategy holds up in high-stakes disputes.

Your evidence. Your strategy. Defensible outcomes. If the stakes are high, the evidence better be airtight. Let’s talk: idsinc.com
