Review of Ivanka Trump's will/nothing that surprising. Not many ex-spouses leave $$$ to ex-spouse. But still interesting - pet trust, condo to caretaker and rest split among kids. One big drawback - didn't do a trust.

Gets interesting BC looks like there is an email from January 2011 where Heche discusses how her affairs should B run + place EX in charge. I'm not sure a court is going to buy that given the year is...checks notes...2022. But, hey its at least something to hang your hat on.

Hi Everyone. Been a while and what brings me out. A good ole estate litigation fight over Anne Heche's estate. She didn't have a will and has children from 2 relationships so a legal battle is not surprising.

Just as I predicted. Elimination of the Step-up in basis upon transfers on death was removed from reconilliation package. While papers focus on implications for fam farms there is no doubt this was hugely unpopular with almost everyone.

The House Ways and Means Committee may have dropped the measure due to concerns about family owned farms, policy experts say.
