Finally found a courtroom where everybody agrees with me.
I spend a lot more time arguing with insurance companies than I do in front of a judge. When somebody's been hurt in an accident, the last thing they need is a long court battle on top of medical bills, missed work, and everything else they're dealing with. I'd rather get my clients a fair settlement and let them get on with their lives. But if an insurance company won't do right by somebody, I'm perfectly willing to take that argument to a jury.
For now though, I'm just enjoying the lack of objections.
