Hi! My name is Ashley Lawson, and I’m inviting your business to participate as a food vendor at our Family Fall Fun Day Fundraiser! 🍂
📅 Saturday, November 28, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
📍 Greater Springfield Missionary Baptist Church
1195 Heflund Avenue, Warner Robins, GA 31093
Our goal is to raise $120,000 for a mobile learning center that will bring educational resources to children in our community.
As a participating food vendor, you’ll receive:
✅ No registration or setup fee
✅ Free advertising on Gospel 99.5 FM, where the event will be promoted and your business will be mentioned as a participating vendor, encouraging listeners to come out and support you
✅ Social media promotion from the organization’s board members and advocates
In return, we ask each vendor to donate 10% of their sales from the event toward the fundraiser.
Would you be interested in joining us? Please send your business name, the food you offer, and your best contact number.
Message me here or call/text Ashley at 478-207-7075. We’d love to have you be part of this community event!
