Our Story

Kieran Michael Lalor's practice is focused on real estate, business formation, estate planning, business law, criminal defense, vehicle and traffic law, family law, labor law compliance and civil litigation. Lalor previously worked at Gaines, Novick, Ponzini, Cossu & Venditti, LLP in White Plains, NY, Wallace & Wallace, LLP in Poughkeepsie, NY and American Defense Systems Inc. in Hicksville, NY and Straus & Boies, LLP in Bedford Hills, NY.

Lalor represents Dutchess County in the New York State Assembly. He serves as the Ranking Member of the Committee on Banks and also sits on the Economic Development, Small Business, Governmental Operations and Corporations, Authorities & Commission committees.

Lalor is a former Social Studies teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie. He left teaching to join the United States Marine Corps Reserve. In the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks, his unit was activated twice. Lalor was a Squad Automatic Rifleman while conducting security and stabilization operations in Nasiriyah, Iraq.

A frequent guest on the Fox News Channel, Lalor also hosts Issues & Interviews with Kieran Michael Lalor, a weekly radio talk show on 1450AM WKIP in Poughkeepsie, NY.
