I am Calling out for an Awesome Real Estate agent partner for my Sales Business and Probate residential Home sales business.

This is a lucrative and growing opportunity to the right person and will take a hard working agent that is hungry and humble “ HnH”

1. I am looking for a special kind of person that is dedicated to real estate 🏡 for the purpose of helping families obtain homes and sell their homes. You must know the meaning of “ Putting Clients First before your interests.
2. You are the type of person that is self inspired and motivated and willing to always listen to others and understand what they are saying before you make your mind up of how you will do it yourself. Thanking all that contribute to you.
3. You should have your license for 5 years and are half to Full time in sales now closing at minimum 5 homes a year for the last 2 years.
4. Probate experience, legal experience, family communications and loss nurturing ability.
5. **You are willing to work 10 hours dedicated on the phones 📱 calling people who were not waiting for you to call and turn that into an appointment and or a friend for future follow up. Also calling people who left a message or email and would like a call back. ( if you are not willing to be consistent on the phones this will not be a good fit )
6. You will work for 10 hours in meeting with people and connecting with costumers.
7. Train for 2-3 hours on your own and 1-2 hours with me weekly and this will get less and less as we move on.

I will be mailing letters and email educational videos to family going through probate. You will call them and ask about them getting our mailer and offer more help and ask questions to better understand what we can offer folks at this time. Create and cultivate relationships until they are ready to act. We will work on the listings and the selling of any real estate as a partnership with percentages worked out between us.

-> Buyers from open houses on these listings and advertising them will be yours to work with as well.
-> this is about a 25 hours a week in beginning then 15-20 hours a week obligation after 30 days of training and 50-100k in income is realistic as well as access to flip potentials.

Thanksgiving wishes to all friends and Family and Special Shout out to Bruno Versaci

He’s an agent with Hinds Realty Group and we help families with the real estate after a passing of a loved one. Meaning we help with personals property of that loved one, cosmetic repairs and sometimes even animals left behind - as we do what we can to serve!

Our client was sad from the loss and had no idea what to do with this dog and was trying to enjoy time with his family.

Long story short on this thankful day This beautiful animal has a new home and new family to care for it, our Client can relax with their family and Bruno can be with his family knowing the great he did.
