I was told this is the best liquor store in Vallejo. They've been in business since at least 1988 an apparently used to sell E-40's early tapes.

The snack selection is amazing and they basically have a full service bar located inside. They are known for their "Drinkies" which are differently themed to-go drink kits varying in sizes from small single serving bags to party sized barrels. When I went there was also a taco truck.

I don't drink so I bought some food before I went home from touring homes because I was hangry.

I love these old Oakland gems. This house has SO much potential! It's a fixer with some great basic design elements- the living room has beautiful built in cabinetry and looks like original wood flooring. I much prefer real wood to artificial planks because you can sand and refinish them overtime rather then having to replace artificial planks completely if they chip or are damaged in any way.

There's also a mostly finished basement downstairs with a bathroom attached. If it were me- I would love to knock out some of the walls that seperate the kitchen and living space to lean into a more open concept perfect for hosting.

Hog Island has the best Oysters on the West Coast and my favorite way to eat them is at the farm in Tomales Bay.

Located just 35 minutes from San Francisco and the East Bay, the waterfront views are spectacular and they shuck the oysters fresh on site.

They have been in business since 1983 and have over 40 years of experience in cultivating sustainable, high-quality oysters. They're open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday -reservations are required so make sure to snag one before you go because it does get busy.

Inventory is looking so good I'm thinking about jumping in. I love Lamorinda but Oakland is looking really appealing right now.
