ANGIUS & TERRY LLP has recovered in excess of $400 million dollars on behalf of homeowners and community associations. We strive to ensure that our construction defect claims are prosecuted in an aggressive, and yet cost efficient manner. ANGIUS & TERRY LLP will continue to work with our clients after the construction defect claims are concluded as a member of the “reconstruction team” to ensure that the money received from builders is spent wisely and the interests of our clients continue to be protected during the repair and reconstruction process.

Angius & Terry LLP is proud to announce that Don Gagliardi has been elevated to Partner! Don brings a wealth of litigation experience to the firm and has been an invaluable member of the team for the past 4 years. Please join us in congratulating Don on this well-deserved accomplishment! To celebrate this exciting milestone, we thought it would be fun to share a little more about Don.

Don has been a litigator for more than 20 years in San Francisco and San Jose. He previously clerked for a federal district Judge. Don is an avid fan of the San Jose Earthquakes pro soccer team, as well as his boyhood pro football team, the Buffalo Bills. He likes to read history and travel internationally, most recently to Barcelona. He lives in a century-old bungalow in San Jose, where he also likes to garden in his backyard outside his detached garage home office.

Don is a former board member of the San Jose Downtown Association of History, the city’s history museum. He has recently worked with the museum on an exhibit recognizing the Bay Area connections to the World Cup for the 2026 World Cup games at Levi’s Stadium.
