We’re hiring for two roles on our listing team at the Renée White Team - Keller Williams Realty 👇
We are a high-volume real estate team in Walnut Creek, and these roles sit at the center of everything we do: preparing homes, coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring each property is presented at a high level.
We’re looking for people who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of real work that directly impacts how our listings come to market.
We’re hiring for two listing coordinator paths:
Client & Project Coordinator
This role owns the moving parts: timelines, communication, approvals, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Field & Marketing Coordinator
This role is hands-on at the property: meeting vendors, documenting progress, capturing photos and video, and helping bring the listing to life from the field to marketing.
These are not remote or hybrid roles.
They require being present in the office and at properties throughout the week. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high level of accountability.
You don’t need to have done this exact job before.
We’re looking for people who notice details, stay ahead of things, and get things done.
