- Hire a Resourceful Realtor 👌
- Work with a SOLID lender and get pre-approved (NOT prequalified, there is a difference)
- Ensure an open line of communication with your team
- Stay on top of document retrieval
- Offer on a house that already has inspections disclosed
- Get your EMD in within ONE day
