🍑 It’s Flavorful Friday! Sweet summer peaches take center stage in this elegant appetizer.

These Grilled Peach & Burrata Crostini feature toasty baguette slices topped with smoky grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and a fragrant drizzle of honey-thyme. Simple, summery, and made for savoring.

We’re pouring Grosgrain Vineyards Chenin Blanc alongside it. Refreshing with just the right touch of minerality, it cuts beautifully through the richness of the burrata while highlighting the bright, sun-ripened flavor of the peaches.
Grilled Peach & Burrata Crostini

Ingredients:

1 baguette, sliced and toasted
2 peaches, sliced and grilled
1 ball burrata, torn
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Grill peach slices 1–2 mins per side. Toast bread.
Top crostini with peach, burrata, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
