Important Information for Home Buyer's

 Buying a home is probably the largest purchase you will ever make. It’s a highly personal decision that has serious legal, financial and tax consequences. Speak to a experienced Real Estate Broker from the start. Call us and we can give you a referral to a trusted agent.

 Know what you can afford to buy. Speak with a reputable mortgage lender, submit a complete loan application, obtain written pre-approval and know your comfortable monthly payment limit before you start looking. Call us and we can give you a referral to a trusted lender.

 Take an active role in obtaining a final mortgage commitment. Respond quickly to your mortgage lender’s request for information and follow-up to make sure that your mortgage loan is approved and ready to close on time.

 Contract to buy a home (whether called an “Offer to Purchase,” “Contract to Purchase” of “Purchase & Sales Agreement”) are legally binding on you. Make sure you read, understand and agree to all terms of a document before signing. Hire Liwo & McNamara to review the agreements and to protect your interests.
